yesterday when I was surfing some software blogs I have came across something that really hits me: The 12 Best Questions for Team Members. (nice blog).In fact the goal of the questions is “your team’s motivation” !!!

No one has ever asked me these nice questions for several years. maybe this is why I am unrest now.

As I said before

developer !=developer

Moreover

java enterprise developer != SQL developer

when you look at my resume you’ll see lots of web/standalone projects applications , old customer success/fail stories. But you’ll not see Oracle PL/SQL or delphi. Although I have worked with both of them I did not wrote them on my resume. WHY?

Anyways, To be brief:

you are a project manager. or a manager. you have resources you have project.In other words you have players and a rival. how do you select and place your players?

For an efficient team please first ask this question to yourself and before you conclude ask these 12 question to your team. they can help you more than you can imagine.
